Nice apartment complex with wonderful amenities. Front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great "Care" team.

Good property with lots of amenities...coffee bar, yoga, fitness center, pool, monthly events. Spacious rooms.

Location/Neighborhood is good. Apartment complex itself is nice with quality amenities. Love the tall ceilings, wood floor, everything in the apartment is great.

Comfortable, but be ready to hesr csrs in the parking lot coming late at night and waking you up early in the morning as they leave. Parking is right outside the units in most instances.

I would tell them so far I have no complaints and will see as I continue to live there, but for now I would recommend the Eclipse to my friends.

Eclipse is a very friendly property. Most of the residents are young professionals working in the Energy Corridor. The staff is very professional and really care about the residents. Maintenance does a great job with responding to needs within the community and treat Eclipse as if it were their home.

The area is a really great place to live since there are so many restaurants and shops close by. The complex itself is always kept up and I feel very safe there. Would recommend the complex to anyone looking! We only have one negative of living at Eclipse: Parking. Since we don't have assigned covered spots, it is very difficult to find close parking after about 7pm. My husband is on crutches after a recent surgery, so that has made his parking very inconvenient for both of us since I have to move his car from atop the garage in the morning and evening.

Nice property, nice floor plans, nice staff, crowded parking lot, a lot of noise from neighbors (sides and upstairs), nice amenities. Overall I'm really happy with this decision.

I love it. It is high class. You pay for what you get. If you are looking for a cheap place, this is not it. You should live here if you want to take part in the ammenities. It can get expensive unless to enjoy what Eclipse has to offer.

Living at the Eclipse is almost like coming home to a hotel. Services are great, there are plenty of amenities, and the staff is sweet and helpful.
